Class Guidelines

Before booking your pole dance class, please review these important guidelines:

Health & Safety

  • For everyone’s health and safety, please bring your own yoga mat to all classes.

Cancellation Policy

  • 4-hour class cancellation policy strictly enforced! Please read our Policies page for complete details.
  • If you have not signed in by class start time, you may lose your spot and will be charged according to our cancellation policy.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your pole dance class start time for check-in and setup.

Level Progression

  • Please ask your instructor for approval before moving to the next level in our pole dance progression system. Everyone learns at their own pace, and for safety reasons, you must be 100% comfortable at your current level before advancing.
  • View individual class descriptions for specific prerequisites.

New Members – Intro to Pole Required

  • Intro to Pole is required for all new members interested in attending pole classes. This helps ensure you have the foundational skills for a safe, enjoyable experience.
  • This requirement can be waived if you have prior pole dance experience. Please email info@studio3sixt.com with specific spins and tricks you can demonstrate.

Class Registration

  • Sign-ups are first-come, first-served. We highly encourage members to register for pole dance classes in advance due to class size limits.
